ROOM facilities are a highly professional project management agency offering extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) and Operational Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) in relation to the Hospitality, Leisure, Office, Care Home and Educational sectors. With many projects and developments completed with excellent results in both new build and refurbishments, our experienced and flexible staff can apply their skills to a wide range of all types of projects as required.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

ACCREDITED, PROFESSIONAL AND HERE FOR YOU

All site personnel are fully Health and Safety CDM trained, hold Site Supervisor and Site Manager accreditation from CITB Construction Skills Scheme, and are also CSCS accredited up to supervisory level. At ROOM facilities we have a hands-on, proactive approach to our projects, and work very closely with clients, design teams and contractors to deliver the FF&E & OS&E to an exceptional standard within practical completion deadlines.
