Starboard Hotels – HIEX Leeds, Greenock, Ramsgate & Burnley

Starboard have appointed RFM to procure and oversee the Refurbishment of 4 of their Holiday Inn Express Properties.

The refurbishment will bring these properties up to the Holiday Inn Express Gen 4 standard.

RFM will be working closely with the appointed contractor (Astra Property Services) in delivering the first 2 of these hotels, which are Leeds Armouries and Greenock.
