These London Lifestyle Hotels will be opening a year after they should have due to Covid.
Tonik Design have also announced they have been shortlisted for design awards for their design of these two quality Hotels.

We are also pleased to announce that their next hotel in Marylebone, London is moving forward with opening set for early 2023.
Wembley Point Residential
Work to begin shortly on the fitout of Public Area FF&E located within the former office block at Wembley Point.
The public spaces here are to provide a friendly meeting place for residents to enjoy, and features a relaxing bar area, Barbers/Salon, bakery and fully equipped gymnasium.
Opening of these areas is currently set for September of this year.
Hilton Garden Inn – Peterborough
Construction work proceeding & RFM will be dealing with FFE on behalf of RGB Group on this new 160 bedroom Hilton Garden Inn.
Romford Budget Hotel
Sample room has just been completed, and the project moves forward for opening Q3 of 2021
The hotel is developed by Deanstreet Developments & RGB Group, for which RFM have been appointed to provide the FF&E.
Marylebone Lane
RFM have been appointed by Shiva Hotels to provide procurement services for all FF&E and OS&E on this
brand new 5* Luxury property.
Works are due to start shortly, with final completion set for early 2023.
Chiltern Hills Academy
RFM to undertake the procurement of FF&E for phase one works with BAM, on this extension to the existing Chiltern Hills Academy.
Courtyard By Marriott Heathrow
Following our completion of supply of FF&E with Main Contractor, RFM are now working with
Legacy Hotels to supply the hotels OS&E requirement.
Hampton By Hilton Canterbury
RFM are working with RGB Group on procurement of FF&E, on the New 129 bedroom Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Canterbury.
Completion is set for March 2021.
Wembley Residential Tower
RFM have completed the furnishing of the Show Flat for this new Residential scheme.
The building is a change of use from offices to apartments.
